Wayne joined SSDS in April 2002 as the Regional Manager for the Northern Territory / Kimberley Garrison contract.

Before joining SSDS Wayne held senior executive positions in the transport, shipping and stevedoring industries with Linfox, Wilhelmsen and Patricks Corporation.
