Call Centre Management
SSDS regional call centres provide a single point of contact for the onsite management of accommodation, transport bookings, customer and client interaction for scheduled and non- scheduled tasks, requests for information, urgent and unforeseen maintenance requests, minor work requests and breakdown/fault reporting on a 24 hour, 7 days per week basis.
Remote Site & Surge Support
SSDS operates a number of remote sites for Defence. Our responsibilities are very diverse according to the nature of the location and our customer’s requirements ranging from cleaning and grounds maintenance to supporting the local community in housing and domestic services. During times of increased activity or military exercises (surge), SSDS responds to provide additional support in a range of services including, but not limited to, accommodation, hospitality, security and clothing issue.
Reprographics & Printing
To support Defence operational and training needs, SSDS offers printing, graphic design and photographic services. This may include printing of course material, guides and handouts to activity specific tasks for exercises, graduations and sporting activities.
