The SSDS Employee Benefits Program offers employees a range of benefits with a focus on improving the daily quality of life and providing a work-life balance for everyone.

Program partners include Defcom, Defence Health, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Chartis Travel Insurance, QBE Insurance, Hostplus.

In 2009, SSDS also introduced Rewards@Work to the Benefits Program, which offers discounts and offers from over 4000 suppliers across Australia.

After completing the three month probationary period, full time and part time employees (based on hours) receive a starter kit including a Program Booklet and personalised Membership Card.  

The employee then simply registers their name and ID number online and can immediately begin accessing exclusive discounts from over 4000 suppliers including:

• Travel & Accommodation - car hire, travel insurance, holidays, hotels
• Leisure & Entertainment - movie tickets, magazine subscriptions, concert tickets, golf memberships
• Shopping - shoes, clothing, jewellery, discounted vouchers & gift cards
• Home & Lifestyle - linen, flowers, phones
• Health & Beauty - fitness, fragrances

The best part is that the program is constantly being updated to bring our people the latest and greatest discounts from across the country!!
