A Credo is a system of principles and beliefs that reflects the culture and behaviour that we aspire to as an organisation.  It complements the company Vision, Mission and Values.

The Credo was developed in consultation with our employees, through the results of the latest Employee Survey, our Management Teams and our Defence customers.

Wayne Smith, CEO of SSDS, explains in his video post that the Credo is designed to underscore the behaviours that we wish to demonstrate at SSDS.  It aims to further develop a company culture that is centred around these four principles.

A few brave souls braved the shave and many coloured their hair for charity. 

Overall, SSDS raised just over $4,500. 

Central Northern New South Wales employee, Annette Santin, together with her daughters (pictured right), not only raised $1000 towards the SSDS total, an outstanding effort, but permanently dyed their hair for the event!

Learning and Development Coordinator, Tim Dowdle, braved the shave, raising $2500 for his locks, which were donated for wig making.

Tim is pictured here (far left) with other members of the Brisbane Corporate Support Office.

The venue was the beautiful Great Cask Hall at Hope Estate Winery (right).

SSDS now provides both garrison and maintenance services for the entire North Queensland region under a ‘Base Services Contract’.

SSDS is proud to be the first contractor awarded a Base Services contract and looks forward to providing continued to service to our Customers in North Queensland, where we have been suppporting Defence since 1998.
