Our Values

At SSDS, our values drive everything we do and most importantly, how we do it.

We pride ourselves on service excellence, commitment to our people, our Defence partners, our strong network of local suppliers and the communities in which we operate.

Our Credo of Respect, Leadership, Recognition and Honour supports our company Vision, Mission and Values and represents the way in which SSDS wishes to conduct ourselves as a company – how we should respect each other, take pride in our work, recognise the achievements of our people and always act with honour. This treatment of each other is reflected in the way we provide services to those we support, and ensures mutual trust.

Our Safety

Above all we value the safety of our people who we consider to include our employees, subcontractors, customers and communities. At SSDS, we believe that everyone has the right to be safe at work and to return home to their family and friends as healthy as when they started the day. To achieve this, we think of SAFETY FIRST in all decisions regarding work tasks, projects, selection of new equipment and suppliers. If it is not safe, then work must not commence until it is made safe, without the likely risk of injury. This will result in ZERO HARM to our people.
